Phil owns Valley Cabinets Kitchens & More with wife Didi. Having learned the cabinet trade in the early 1970's, Phil has taken what he was taught and fine tuned it. A perfectionist at heart, whether it's custom or manufactured, Phil makes each project the best it can be. The custom shop and staff are managed by Phil, using his experiences, knowledge and skills, he makes every project complete with unique touches.

Didi Hagman - Senior Designer
Didi owns Valley Cabinets Kitchens & More with husband Phil. As the Senior Designer, Didi manages the design team to provide the best solutions for each client. She has designed many different styles of kitchens and bathrooms that fit the homes and meet the criteria set by her clients, ultimately creating beautifully functional spaces.

Diane Gusa -  Office Manager / Customer Service

Diane has been with us since 2003, she can help you in our showroom and assists our design team. If you have a question regarding a product, your project or anything else relating to Valley Cabinets, just ask Diane, she is a great resource and will either know the answer or will find it for you.

Mark Roberson - Plant Manager / Estimator
Marc is our shop foreman, managing and overseeing all custom work run through the shop. He is an innovator and is highly motivated. Marc worked his way up through the trade and has impressed all who work with him. He is a natural leader and a skilled craftsman.

Jim Henderson - Shop Foreman
Jim has over 20 years experience as a custom craftsman and installer. His attention to detail is just what you expect. He is also a superb Technician, maintaining and repairing equipment. Jim combines all of his skills to create and produce fine products that will last a lifetime.

Dan Hester -  Craftsman

Dan has over 25 years of experience in custom cabinetry and installations. He is very meticulous, personable, and a good problem solver. While he is certainly not new to the industry, he is new to VCK&M and his wealth of knowledge and skills as a job leader make him a very welcome addition to our team.

Gil Deleon, Jr. - Craftsman
Gil's background is in finish carpentry.  We knew with that kind of experience he would fit well in our custom shop. The training period proved to be just as we thought, a success. Gil has become our custom shop finisher. His craftsmanship puts the final touches on each project, producing what our customers expect.

Kyle Barrington - Craftsman
Kyle is a rising star who after starting in the construction industry as a carpenter has now shown great promise in the custom cabinetry field. He has proven to be a fast learner, is very detail oriented, and a great compliment to our team.
